Policy

Reservations All bookings submitted through our website are treated as reservation requests and are subject to availability. Our team will personally review your preferred date and time before confirming your session. Payment Once your reservation has been confirmed, payment instructions, including our QR code and bank account details, will be sent to you. Your booking will be secured upon receipt and verification of payment. Rescheduling & Cancellation If you wish to reschedule or cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 48 hours may not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Arrival Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for a comfortable introduction. Private Experience Every Tierra session is thoughtfully prepared for each guest. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our reservation policy.
